Jeff Tallon is a Canadian contemporary artist who presently lives and works in Toronto, Canada. He is noted for synthesizing mobile technology with traditional oil painting and publicly displayed Canada’s first QR Code painting at the 2010 Toronto International Art Fair.

Tallon is a graduate of the Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD) and has since lived throughout Canada, Europe and Asia.
He recently exhibited at the MaRS Centre as part of Net Change week.
